SALSA

two (2) 28 oz cans of whole peeled tomatoes
one-half (1/2) white onion, minced
three (3) jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
one (1) small jar of marinated jalapenos
one (1) poblano pepper, seeded and minced
one (1) serrano pepper, seeded and minced
three (3) cloves of garlic, minced
two (2) heavy pinches of salt
pepper to taste
HUMMOUS

one (1) can of chickpeas and half its reserve liquid
three (3) gloves of garlic
one (1) tablespoon of smooth peanut butter
one (1) tablespoon of tahini
one-half (1/2) jalapeno, seeded, no membrane
fresh parsley to taste
pinch of pepper
pinch of salt
one lemon, zested
half of that lemon, juiced
Mix in a blender or processer and slowly add
one-third cup olive oil or until hummous reaches
desired texture. Scoop and enjoy!
